Three different booths, for three different organizations, at one exhibition — on a single timeline
Event Spark participated in the Hajj & Umrah Conference & Exhibition 2025 in Jeddah as the design and execution partner for three organizations working in the Hajj and Umrah services ecosystem. This article covers the details of this participation from concept through on-site execution.
Event Spark took part in the Hajj & Umrah Conference & Exhibition 2025, hosted at Jeddah’s Super Dome, as the partner responsible for designing and building three exhibition booths for three organizations working in different parts of the Hajj and Umrah services ecosystem.
Three Booths Reflecting the Diversity of the Hajj & Umrah Sector
| Organization | Specialization | Booth Character |
|---|---|---|
| Rawahel Al Mashaer Co. | Transport & logistics for pilgrims | Trust, organization, smooth visitor flow |
| Ta’ifat Mutahhidi Al-I’asha | Catering & food services for guests of the Holy Mosques | Hospitality, warmth, welcoming experience |
| Dr. Awwad Albishri Hospital | Healthcare within the Hajj/Umrah care ecosystem | Precision, clarity, regulatory compliance |
Event Spark made a point of not repeating a single design template across the three booths. Each one received an independent visual identity that expressed the organization it represented as precisely as possible — through color, use of space, and display arrangement.
The Rawahel Al Mashaer Co. Booth
Designed around beige and gold tones reflecting the company’s pilgrim transport services. Featured a circular display area at the center with multiple interaction points and screens showing service routes and geographic coverage. Precise 3D designs were approved before construction began.
The Ta’ifat Mutahhidi Al-I’asha Booth
An entirely different design approach in beige, white, and gold tones, with comfortable seating areas and a circular reception counter. Display corners were carefully distributed to avoid crowding. Lighting and signage details highlighted the organization’s identity.
The Dr. Awwad Albishri Hospital Booth
Built around an open design with a prominent white structural frame ensuring clear visibility from every angle. Focused on delivering a clear, organized display space meeting healthcare exhibitor regulatory standards. Built in parallel with the other two on a single timeline.
From Concept to On-Site Execution
Work began with developing concepts in direct collaboration with each organization individually. After 3D design approval, the team moved into preparation and fabrication, then transport and assembly inside the Super Dome.
The biggest challenge was coordinating three execution crews working in parallel within a tight schedule. The Event Spark team delivered all three booths fully ready before the exhibition opened.
The team stayed on-site throughout the exhibition days to monitor booth condition and respond immediately to any notes related to lighting, organization, or visitor flow.
What Sets a Specialized Execution Partner Apart
This experience showed that working with multiple organizations at a single exhibition requires more than a large team — it requires a clear methodology that treats every project as its own, in terms of design, scheduling, and execution follow-through.
This participation brought together work on three different projects for three organizations — Rawahel Al Mashaer, Ta’ifat Mutahhidi Al-I’asha, and Dr. Awwad Albishri Hospital — at a single event and on a single timeline. A new addition to Event Spark’s track record in specialized exhibition design and build.
